Current Projects:

Mission Bay Block 4 West - (San Francisco, California):

Mixed-use residential/retail complex located on Fourth street between Mission Rock street and China Basin street.  192 residential units and 10,350 sq. ft. of retail space, four stories over podium on the side streets and six on the front.  A two-level parking structure provides 192 parking spaces, plus a loading dock, bicycle spaces, and resident storage.  The parcel consists of 65,656 sq. ft. of land area and is effectively 100% covered by the building footprint.  Gross residential rentable area is 163,518 sq. ft. with 68,733 sq. ft. of garage, 3017 sq. ft. of recreation/fitness building.

918 85th Avenue (Tassafaronga) - (Oakland, California):

137 unit new apartment development, town homes and one podium apartment building. 20-unit rehabilitation of the warehouse building & 22-unit Habitat for Humanity for-sale town house development on two seperate sites.

200 Oyster Point Blvd.- (South San Francisco, California):

Single story Cancer Treatment Center / Office space located at 200 Oyster Point Blvd., South San Francisco California totalling 20,000 sq. ft.

7777 Gateway Blvd. (Biomed) - (Newark, California):

This project consists of 4 proposed parcels with 13 buildings located on Gateway Blvd. in Newark, California. Design & Engineer services for new primary services to the 12 building locations and joint trench design with all dry utilities (electric, gas and communication).
